The site is 7,957.3 sq m in size and has a GFA of 23,872 square meters. The developer intends to build a total of 265 property units on the parcel.
On 15 June, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) announced that it has successfully secured two of the four residential plots in Slim Barracks Rise at Blossoms. The two plots are known as Parcel A and B, respectively. Parcel A will eventually offer 265 new houses. The top bid for Parcel A was $320.1 million, which is equal to $1,246 per plot ratio. The second site, Parcel B, is expected to yield 140 units of housing.
Blossoms By The Park Parcel A is a 99-year leasehold site with a maximum gross floor area of 256,958 sq ft. It is located near the North Buona Vista Road and is within 300 metres of the Buona Vista MRT Interchange station. Parcel B, on the other hand, is a trapezoidal plot.
